We always ask that you supply any phone numbers where you will be able to be reached, this is done when you arrive. We also have a disclaimer of liability agreement that we will ask you to sign. Please rest assured, in 25 years of caring for people beloved pets, I have never had an accident!
Are all the cats put into the playground together?
Absolutely not. First and foremost I never mix cats from different households. Only multi-cat families share living quarters and separate cat play areas. The reason for this is for their health and well being. The outside play area is separated into different play areas by wire fencing and it is very safe. They have the opportunity to stretch their legs, and view the panoramic sights, as well as spy on the huge population of house finches we have living here, they get some sun, see the butterflys and smell the flowers. They have tables, chairs, baskets to hid in, and stuffed animals to play (or wrestle with) I personally hand crochet the colorful little rugs that they lay around on!

How large are the sleeping quarters?
Large enough to house two family cats comfortably.
