Cats are left in our care at the owners's risk.
We do not accept sick or vicious animals.
Any animal developing sickness while in our care, will be removed to a veterinary
hospital of your choice, or if you have no preference, or the hospital of
your choice is not available, the veterinary hospital of our choice, at once
and at the pet owners expense.
Pet owner expressly agrees that cats are boarded or otherwise handled or cared for by us without liability on our part for any injury, loss or damage from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, to persons, other animals or property by said animals.
The owner represents that he/she is the legal owner of said animal, that said animal has not been exposed to any communicable diseases within the last 30 days and that said cat, has had the required vaccines and shots for boarding.
